The OOC is a not-for-profit trade association of marketers, packagers and importers of olive oil in the United States, Canada and their respective suppliers abroad. The association strives to foster a better understanding of olive oil and its taste, versatility and health benefits.
In 15 years IInternational of Olive Oil Conference has held over 40 olive oil tasting programs in many countries – Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, USA, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. During this time the three-day program has evolved into one of the world’s leading independent forums for the commercially important attributes of extra virgin olive oil. Participants number in the hundreds and provide a strong professional network which includes producers, distributors, retailers, chefs, food media and consumers. International Trade Commission
The International Trade Commission is the Italian government agency entrusted with the mission to facilitate contacts between International companies and the rest of the world.
